Returns Policy

Lanyard People offer a seven day return policy on all plain/unbranded lanyards should the product be faulty or supplied in the wrong colour or specifications. Please notify us within 7 days from receiving the goods to allow us enough time to arrange a collection of the faulty goods and a replacement. No refund or return will be made if the customer fails to notify Lanyard People, in writing, within 7 days from receipt of the goods. Lanyard People shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the goods in transit unless loss or damage is noted at the time of delivery with the courier.

Lanyard People bespoke items are custom made to order with a specific brand or message. As such we are only able to replace the items or issue a refund when the goods have been manufactured to the wrong specifications such as colour, material or print colour. To obtain a replacement or a refund, please notify us in writing within 5 working days from receipt of the goods. Lanyard People shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the goods in transit unless loss or damage is noted at the time of delivery with the courier.
